"Snake Hair Pie" A public performance
This project involved Patrick Wadden and Dean Jones working with about 40 young people in the creation and performance of "Snake Hair Pie", a short original piece of musical puppet theater. Inspired by the story of Medusa, "Snake Hair Pie" follows the zany adventures of a young princess who loves to eat pie, pie and more pie. However, the monster Medusa is nearby and threatens the kingdom with terror. With the help of magic glasses the princess is able to confront Medusa and talk to her. It turns out that the monster was a girl who threw fits to get her way.
